To get the most out of this candle:

• Before lighting, write down 10 “I Am” affirmations
• Light Candle
• Sit in front of the mirror and repeat the 10 affirmations as many times as necessary.
• Write down what those affirmations bring up. How did you feel when you spoke those affirmations out loud? Did you believe it? Why/why not? Were you making eye contact with yourself? How did it feel to see yourself? Write it down.
