We start every day off with this blend. Get Grounded is the heart of our brand. Designed to center and bring you back home to yourself. Perfect in the morning to set the tone for the day, or enjoy whenever you are feeling unbalanced or out of alignment. This blend is simple but powerful.

DIRECTIONS: Allow the water to cool slightly after boiling, then steep tea in 6-8oz for 8 minutes. This tea is part of your ritual so customize it anyway you like; add a sweetener or a splash of milk, whatever that will make it most enjoyable for you.

Can be enjoyed hot or iced.
